Terri Cook has lived in Northwest Indiana and attended the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana, her whole life. She grew up under the ministry of Dr. Jack Hyles and went through Dr. Hyles’ entire school system from Jr. Kindergarten at Hammond Baptist Schools to a Master’s Degree in Education from Hyles-Anderson College.
She was saved at age four. At age 10, she surrendered her life to serve the Lord. She has over 33 years of teaching experience. She serves as a church pianist and has been a Sunday school teacher for 20 years. She is experienced in leading musical groups and in piano, vocal, and instrumental arranging. She currently teaches piano, music theory, and English.
Her husband of 31 years, Chris, serves as a deacon and bus driver for the First Baptist Church of Hammond.
